Package A – 1 Camera Angle

Package B – 2 Camera Angles

• 1 x Videographer (Operates 1 of 2 cameras, handheld or on a tripod)
   

• 1 x Producer
   

• 2 x Sony FX6 Cameras on tripods
   

• 1 x Network Backpack for redundant livestreaming
   

• 1 x 4-Channel Video Mixer (Live switching between camera angles)
   

• Embedded Music Option (See details below)
   

• Price: 17,500 DKK (ex. VAT)
   

Package C – 3 Camera Angles

• 1 x Videographer (Operates 1 of 3 cameras, handheld or on a tripod)
   

• 1 x Producer
   

• 3 x Sony FX6 Cameras on tripods
   

• 1 x Network Backpack for redundant livestreaming
   

• 1 x 4-Channel Video Mixer (Live switching between camera angles)

Limitations for Packages A, B & C

These packages are available to all participating brands. Due to high demand, we are unable to visit venues for rehearsals before fashion week. However, rehearsals can be conducted immediately before going live, as long as they take place within the hour before showtime when our videographer/producer is already on-site.

 

Additional Streaming Platforms

Livestreaming to YouTube is included in all packages. If you prefer not to stream on YouTube, you can choose to stream to TikTok, Instagram, or both instead.

• Streaming to Instagram or TikTok: +2,500 DKK (ex. VAT) per platform
   

• Streaming to both Instagram & TikTok: 4,000 DKK (ex. VAT) (20% discount applied)
   

To ensure a smooth experience, please provide us with your username and password before your show. This information can be submitted through the checklist provided before the event. If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled, please be available to verify the login attempt when prompted.

 

Embedded Music in Livestream

We strongly recommend embedding the music provided by the brand or DJ directly into the livestream for optimal audio quality.

Requirements:

• We require an XLR cable from the DJ booth to our camera position.
   

• The brand or agency is responsible for providing and setting up the cabling.
   

If an XLR audio feed is not available, we will use the directional microphone on the camera. However, this may result in capturing ambient sounds, such as audience noise or room acoustics, potentially affecting music clarity.

 

Tailored Solutions

If you require a custom livestream setup beyond the packages listed, we are happy to design a solution that fits your vision and budget.

Recording & Usage Rights

All livestream productions are recorded internally by our cameras. If an internet failure occurs, the recording remains unaffected, ensuring that you receive the full footage.

• All recorded material will be delivered to you as soon as possible.
   

• Justlugonja ApS retains ownership of all recorded content but grants brands full usage rights as long as credit is given to Justlugonja.dk (e.g., in video descriptions or social media tags).
   

• If your brand wishes to purchase full rights to the material, please contact us to discuss a licensing agreement.
   

 

Internet & Connectivity

We use specialized equipment that combines multiple mobile internet connections, along with professional video transmitters to maximize available bandwidth.

Important Notes:

• While we take every technical precaution to ensure a stable connection, we cannot guarantee there won’t be unexpected network outages.
   

• If wired internet or Wi-Fi is available at your venue, we highly recommend using it for added redundancy. Please provide us with the Wi-Fi name and password in advance.
   

 

Booking & Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
   

• The remaining 50% will be invoiced after the show’s video recordings are uploaded and shared.
   

• The deposit must be paid within 7 days of booking. If payment is not received, the booking will be canceled.
   

Cancellation Policy

• If the brand cancels after the deadline or before the show starts, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
   

• This ensures fair compensation for our preparation time and resources.
